• Many people not getting accommodations even though they report a functional limitation

  • Employees with cognitive disabilities

  • Aging workers

• Some age differences may be due to severity of impairment and age of onset

• Non-technical accommodations (e.g., redesign of job tasks, personal assistance) infrequently used but possibly skewed by our sample

• Need to investigate connection between barriers and accommodations
